ESC EuroAsia Task Force first Summit

The Armenian Cardiologists Association continues to actively strengthen its international cooperation and advance national cardiology initiatives.
On July 9–10, the first ESC EuroAsia Task Force Summit was held in Almaty, bringing together representatives of national cardiology associations from member countries, young cardiologists, and representatives of the European Society of Cardiology leadership. Armenia was represented by young cardiologist Marine Sargsyan, while the President of the Armenian Cardiologists Association delivered a presentation on the future development of the EuroAsia Task Force.
Particular attention was also given to the first national ARMI myocardial infarction registry, for which the patient follow-up period has now been completed. The registry represents an important contribution to generating national data on cardiovascular health in Armenia and strengthening international scientific collaboration.
On October 16–17, the 2nd International Interventional Cardiovascular Course – Yerevan will take place, bringing together internationally renowned specialists and experts. The scientific program for the event is currently being developed.
